are you using a site to host it for you? ie photobucket.com ... i might have misunderstood what your saying tho...

I am using flicker to host the photos...I have posted up photos many many times and then about a week or so ago I get a small square with a red X in the center when I try to post a photo in a thread.. just like this when I tried to post a pic just now.

You may have to use a different hosting site for uploading a picture. Also check the Multimedia forum to see if there is a post or sticky that can help.

Try this: right-click on the Red X and select "properties". Then copy the URL and paste it in this thread (or if you're in firefox try "open image in new window" so you can copy the image's URL). Flickr has some pretty specific rules as to how you can embed their images on other sites. For example, the image must link to its Flickr page. I wonder if they're trying to block you. We can find out more once you paste the URL in here.
