Wont allow me to use trader rating?

Wont allow me to use trader rating? I tried to leave trader ratings for parts I bought and I get a message saying I dont have access or my account is awaiting activation??

Dustin, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

It's the pure thread link, without the &highlight= added in. That could have been throwing it off, not sure. FWIW, I was able to leave feedback for that member using the link I provided above. I have since deleted that rating, but it worked for me. If the URL above does not work, let me know.
