i've noticed my status changed to on the tree. what causes that to change?

0-49 = Teching In or Registered User
50-99 = Staging Lane
100-199 = On The Tree
200-299 = Launching!
300-399 = TECH Apprentice
400-499 = TECH Regular
500-749 = TECH Enthusiast
750-999 = TECH Resident
1000-1999 = TECH Fanatic
2000-2999 = TECH Addict
3000-3999 = TECH Junkie
4000-4999 = TECH Veteran
5000-? (7K+) = TECH Senior Member

And..... only posts in certain parts of the forum count.
