how does one report a mod for stupid stuff?

how does one report a mod for stupid stuff? one of the mods on a forum in here posted a comparison to street racing accident to the NIU shooting in which one of my friends was brutally killed by a lunatic? am i the only one who see's an issue with this, and it being talked about as a funny comparison with smileys?

It's extremely unfortunate that you lost a friend in the shooting.
Sorry to hear that. That certainly was a tragedy.
However, don't take the internet so seriously.
This is a carforum...not a religious forum where everyone is morally and

I just read the thread. Sorry about your friend. Take life a little less seriously, if anything the past week or so should teach you, no matter what you do, you won't make it out alive.
