Can I mod correct a bad rating? Details inside

Blue06 purchased an item from me and we had some problems so before he got his product he left me a negative trader rating. After he got it he wished to correct it and has tried pm'ing mods, but has had no luck. He wants to make it a positive rating.

Can someone fix the bad one he left me?

Haven't gotten a pm from the buyer, XtinctZ28, Cyphur, Crager, GEARHED - they can take care of it if both parties agree to have it changed.
