Help a Newbie out

Ok, I am going blind from trying to read the fonts on the forums, they are so small.
They also run into the list of sponsors on the right side of the page.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just out of curiosity what size monitor do you have and at what resolution?

19 in. monitor, set at 1024x768.
