For sale is my 1997 Pontiac Trans Am, LT1, Automatic.

The car has 124,xxx miles and I've owned since March. The car does have a clean title and is in good shape for the year. It does have some blemishes, dents, and a few scrapes in the paint, but otherwise it's very solid. It cleans up nice. The car is a hard top. I'll try my best to be honest with the sale and note all this is wrong.

Mechnically it doesn't miss a beat. The car runs and drives fantastically. The engine and transmission are both original as far as I know. Oil is changed every 2,500 miles with 10W-30 sythentic with a Wix oil filter. I also just had the transmission serviced at 119K. A u-joint in the driveshaft was replaced last night also. The transmission shifts perfectly and the car does make good power. The engine is all factory other then a CAI with a K&N filter. The car does throw a check engine light and its caused by a check valve in the air pump, I didn't replace it because it wasn't needed yet, it however does not effect performance. The exhaust does leak at the muffler. I planned on replacing the muffler with a cat-back or performance related muffler but haven't yet. It doesn't effect performance to the point where I believe it's needed to replace, but probably will be replaced if I don't sell the car.

The interior has a few scuffs and blemishes, but otherwise everything works. It has the factory head unit, but the seats don't have any rips or tears that I've seen. In the rear hatch area on the plastics there are scuffs over the cargo divider thing. Something to note. The drives side window goes does fast but does squeek, the passenger side window doesn't squeek and goes does slow. Otherwise the power works just fine. I did have the bezel replaced on the drivers side door.

The tires are good to go as they are. Brakes where serviced at 119K, all pads/rotors and one caliper was replaced.
