need help with value please...
need help with value please... hello, my sister passed away recently leaving me the sole caretaker of her two children. in order to make this an easy time for all of us, I need to sell my camaro asap. I am going to sell it locally, but I need to know how much to honestly expect to get for this car:
98 z28, 45,000 miles, about 5000 miles on TeamTripp racing tranny w/3200 stall and cooler, nos 5177 kit (-bottle) bmr stb, stock rims and zr1 rims, car is sort of a stripper, no t-tops, no defroster, does have pwr windows and locks, no cd (aftermarket 12 disc changer in trunk) no keyless entry, no leather. It's in great shape except for a scratch on the nose where someone with a tow hitch backed into me, and a weird vibration at 1500 rpm's that I was told here was either the tranny mount or a disk or clutch in the converter (??) Tranny runs excellent, shifts great, and with the 3200 stall you don't spend much time at 1500 rpm's anyways...
that's about it, if there's anything else post up and I'll answer, I need to put a sign on it tomorrow so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss! I have no idea how much value the mods add to your car. You might want to search eBay and/or Autotrader and see what similar Camaros have sold for. Perhaps others will stop by and give you their input!

she battled ovarian cancer for some years, but I never actually believed she would die from it, call it stupidity or blind hope, but you never think it will actually happen.
my payoff on the car is only 11,000 so if I could get 12,000 that would be great! If anything I could put 12 on the car and maybe I would get 11. I'm not selling it to make money, only to get out of the payment so my new family will have more money every month. I had no kids before, so this is quite an adjustment! I always heard people say kids were expensive, but DAMN!

If anybody in the winchester, VA or hagerstown, MD area is interested, they can have this car for 11,000. I really would like for you to take a test drive and see it in person if interested. I can bring the car to you if need be...

About the ls1, i would sell all the aftermarket parts off the car and have the bank get the car,, its not worth your trouble of trying to sell it, its worth 8-9k being it has low miles to someone,, if you go to trade it in its about $7000 tops.. so honestly i would just sell the valuables of the car and call the bank and have them come get it..
