Default FS: Modded 2004 GTO M6 in Houston - Price Decreased!

I am selling my 2004 GTO. Here is all the info, please let me know if you have any questions:

Why I am selling it: I am losing my company car allowance and getting a company car. Basically, it is a business decision.

Color:
Impulse Blue Metallic with Black Interior

Current Mileage:
20,500

Most Recent Dyno:
394rwhp/360rwtq

Best All-Motor Quarter Mile Pass:
12.3 @ 111

Performance Mods:
HPE S-Cam
Upgraded Springs, Retainers & Pushrods
HPE Dyno Tune
Kooks 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers with Hi Flo Catted Pipes
Magnaflow Cat Back
K&N CAI
Shaner S3 Throttle Body
Z06 MAF
MTI Underdrive Pulley
160* T-Stat
Pedders Cross-Member Bushings
Harrop Diff Cover
Nitto 555 Extremes at all 4 Corners (These have about 5k miles on them)
Spec Stage 3 Clutch
Spec Billet Steel Flywheel
BMR Driveshaft Safety Loop
Powerslot Rotors at all 4 Corners
Hawk HPS Brake Pads in the Front
GMM Ripshifter
Loose Pair of Stock Rims with Nitto Drag Radials mounted/balanced

Appearance Mods:
Chromed Stock Wheels
Black Onyx Tint (legal limits all the way around)
Car Motorsport Custom GTO Emblem Embroidered Floor Mats

Nitrous:
Cold Fusion LS1 Single Nozzle NO2 Kit with 15 lb bottle, MSD Window Switch, WOT Switch, all installed/tuned by HPE...currently jetted for a 150 shot, but I have all the nozzles to jet it up/down.

Let me say this about the nitrous...the bottle is empty and it is not even in the trunk. It has only been sprayed on the dyno at HPE. I have not made it to the track since the NO2 has been installed and I have no desire to spray it on the street. So there are no worries about any 'nitrous damage.' But the spray is safe, all tuning and AF ratios have been set and monitored by HPE to be safe.

My GTO has been meticulously taken car of...washed and polished with Zaino products only. Oil has been changed every 3000 miles since 1500 miles with Mobil One. Tranny and Diff fluids are Royal Purple...even the coolant is Royal Purple Purple Ice.

This GTO has been my wife's daily driver since about 6k miles, so it has seen mostly pretty light driving. But yes, it has seen it's fair share of spirited driving with me behind the wheel.

This GTO has over $13,000.00 in aftermarket work in it.

Price: $24,950.00. (see post #2 below for pricing explanation)

Thanks for reading and please let me know if you have any further questions.

After some careful consideration, reading Nine Ball's advice and a little research on how to price modified performance cars and used parts, I have lowered the price. I am trying to be as realistic as possible of what the car should be worth to a buyer. Just FYI, the way I came up with this price is as follows:

I got the KBB private party value & trade-in value and then I took 25% of the difference between the two off of the private party value, this is now my starting point. I then made a list of all the mods on the car and I made an honest assessment of what each mod would be worth if sold as a used part. This list did not include any labor/tuning costs; this was strictly a parts list. I then added the total of this list to the starting value I figured from KBB and then I rounded to the nearest 100.

The new price is $24,950.00.

This price is a steal for what you are getting. Please contact me with any questions.

I would say that a low mileage, low 12 second, daily drivable 2004 GTO is special. I appreciate your feedback but I believe that my asking price is more than fair considering blue book on the car itself is within a few grand of my asking price.
