I hope whoever buys the car will enjoy it as much as I have. The car has brought me tons of fun and enjoyment through the 5 years I have owned it.
I have lots of fond memories to remember it by, along with the friends I have gained along the way.

The fuel tank was removed and replaced with a prostock style 3 gallon fuel cell along with braided fuel lines. The full exhaust system was removed also.
K-member and upper and lower a-arms were used, manual steering rack, light weight carpet, race seat, Grant steering wheel,chrome-moly 6-pt roll bar,Th-400 trans with 8" converter,Afco DA shocks,Strange drag brakes(lightweight front spindles) with manual master cylinder,Bogart P2 drag rims. Also the ignition harness was replaced with the Accel gen7+ DFI harness. I weigh about 185-90lbs with the helmet.
All that together adds up to a decent weight loss. The car can definatly be made lighter if I wanted to replace the hood with a light weight lift off version, fiber glass dash, removal of unneeded wiring/brackets/etc.
I choose not to go that route because in the LS1Tech series I was having add close to a couple hundred pounds just to make weight for the Super Stock class in the series.
That sucked Last edited by Hawkn01; Mar 25, 2006 at 11:53 PM.
