well i have recently decided on a school that is about 50 miles from home so i will be driving back and forth everyday for school and it wont be feasible with the amount of gas my car would use on that drive everyday. THIS IS NOT SET IN STONE, im just seeing if there is any interest in it. i just had the motor rebuilt 4 months ago and put a in rear out of a 2002 firehawk in it. so here goes.
1996 Trans Am LT1 T-top
Hunter Green / M6
150xxx miles on it but only about 3000 on the motor(have reciepts for the rebuild) and on the rear i got there are about 40k miles and it has 3.23 gears
mods:
CAI / TBB / airfoil
exhuast: pacesetter LT's no emissions / custom made ORY / TSP Rumbler catback
valvetrain: 1.6 cc pro mag NSA rr / cc chromemoly pushrods / GM guideplates
driveline: spec stage 3 clutch
ignition:MSD cap and rotor / taylor spiro wires / NGK plugs
suspension: hotckis APHR / eibach pro kit
wheels: gunmetal ZR-1's with sumitumos good amount of tread left
raptor shift light
pcmforless tune (need to send it off for a retune for all the mods and the gears)
center console out of a ls1 TA
thats all i can think of right now ill add any other mods i remember
problems : paint is in ok shape the front bumper has spiderwebbed thats the reason i put the bra on it (had planned to paint it but was going to wait until i was ready to paint the whole car after i got a hood for it) its got a few problem areas here and there (pretty much to be expected on a 10 year old car that was a DD) the interior is pretty good but the carpet could use cleaning. I think the 5th gear syncho is getting bad cause it will grind everynow and then. other than that its pretty solid and runs very well.
ill put a price of $4500 up for it cause the motor is brand new basically and the rear is very solid. agian this is not for sure yet im just testing the waters because letting go of this car for me will be very hard, i have a lot of blood and sweat in this car with all the work i have done.
Im looking at getting a bike to get me back and forth from home and school for the gas mileage so i will think about trades for a bike. I am very biased towards the Buell firebolts which is what im trying to get.
So price 4500$ possible trades for a bike if i do this.

My brother has a 98 GSXR 600 (bored to 1000). Custom paint, billet aluminum custom wheels, Yoshimura exhaust, Hayabusa conversion kit, aftermarket sprockets, 190x18 rear tire, very nice bike. Can get pics if interested. I'm about 30 mi. north of Houston, and would be willing to meet anywhere and can do it this weekend, have title in hand to bike. Let me know.
