2001 402ci SOM SS M6 *Price edited*
I have a 2001 Z28 not a true SS its in SOM. M6, t-tops, SS hood, SS spoiler, SS Bilstein Suspension pkg, SLP CME exhaust valence with a custom made CME tip, whistler mod headlights, satin black berger panel(done by bodyshop), interior trim acccenting (SOM color done by bodyshop), 67,543km(about 38k miles) Black leather interior, stock monsoon stereo with 12 disc changer, Factory '04 Z06 speedline wheels 17/18's, Billet grille, carbon fibre accent on that little rubber triangle piece by the side windows, tinted windows(5% rear 50% sides).
Carfax will show 2 owners, 1 major engine repair (warranty for piston slap) no accidents. Paint work only to SS hood, SS spoiler, and satin black Berger panel.
Now for the rest,
Suspension
SS bilstein with SLP tuned springs, Hotchkis STB
All suspension is Chromoly pieces(didnt cheap out)
Spohn Torque arm with driveshaft saftey loop chassis mount, Spohn Lower control arms, Spohn subframe connectors, Spohn swaybar set front/rear with all polyurethane bushings, & a Spohn adjustable panhard rod. Stainless brake lines and cross drilled rotors.
Drivetrain
-Moser 12 bolt with all the goodies and 3.73 gear ratio($3500can cost price, keeps ABS)
-stock aluminum driveshaft with upgraded U-joint
-stock T56 tranny(RP oil) with Hurst shifter and shortened shift stick(shortest throw I have seen)
-Spec stage 3 clutch (upgraded of the 2 available, its Kevlar I think not 100% sure)
-Brand new Zex wet kit(have jets up to 175hp) only shot the car with a 75 so far twice)
-SLP 85mm lid
-K&N filter
-402 stroker motor. Iron 6.0L block, Bottom end completely forged, Eagle crank, Eagle rods, Diamond pistons, TEA stage 3 aluminum 6.0L heads (334 intake @.6 lift and 277 exhaust @.6 lift)top knotch porting (meant for Brian Tooley previous owner TEA, going on his 98 white C5), $2200 new, comp 'R' lifters, double roller chain, Cartek 3x cam 239/239 @ 112LSA, BBK aluminum 80mm intake, BBK 80mm Throttlebody, SLP lid, Fast Toys ram air pkg, Grottyohn ceramic long tube headers, 3 inch stainless gutted y-pipe, 3 inch stainless Flowmaster catback to a custom CME tip. Front tires are like new 275/40/17, Rear 305/35/18 nitto drag radials (has a short season left on rears)
Electronics
-Car is tuned with HP tuners
-Ram chargers timing tuner for nitrous
-complete wiring for aftermarket indash player.(I had a Clarion DVD player installed)
-2 Phoenix gold 12inch subs with Alpine amplifier- in a custom painted to match rear deck encloser
-electronic nitrous pressure guage
-Hurst line loc, with activation switch on shifter
-Silver star headlights
-bottle heater
There is $10,000 into the motor itself, $3,000 rear end, close to $3,000 into the entire suspension, $4,000 for rims and tires(bought them brand new from dealer when fake reproductions were coming out and weighted a ton), Spent $2,000 just for the SS hood and spoiler before paint, the interior is mint, windshield is flawless, I took my time in modding, making sure everything works well and looks impressive. I only bought the car because of the color combo. There was 2 SS's at the dealership at the same time. A silver one and a red one. Just didnt appeal to me to have the same color as everyone else.
I am sure there are cheaper ones, but once you add up all the modifications your gonna be much further ahead to get one with all the best mods already on it. Its like getting someone to install everything for free, plus all the time not wasted waiting for parts or time the car is down for mods. Truthfully after typing all this I am pretty excited about my own car! The mods have atmost 10,000km on suspension and maybe 1,500km on the motor.
I will either trade for an C5 or Z06. Or will take $27,500. Interior pics will be up tomorrow as soon as I can upload them to photobucket.

Interior pics, I apologize for the stupidly large pics, my photobucket account wouldnt let me resize like it did for the previous pics.
Under hood pics were before the motor swap, it now has an Iron block, SLP lid, and a Hotchkis STB that arent in the pics.

The CME was custom made. I believe he now sells flame tips for vettes off ebay. I told him what I wanted and he made it for in 3 inch instead of 2.5inch like all the others. All stainless and tig welded, to my measurements.
As for price. try buy a stock 2001 with 38K miles, M6, Leather, mint shape, t-tops and reproduce what I am selling, let me know what you come up with for price. Then tell me what is considered to much. I bet car and motor will put you over my price. Then buy suspension, rear end, bolt ons, appearance mods, wheels and tires.

Nope, I am not gonna part this car out. However one of the guys that may trade me was tossing up the idea, so if we come to an agreement I will let him know your interest in the rear differential. Its so close to new it still has the break in oil in it. It will need to be flushed and changed soon.
