arp bolt

where can i get the 12 point tool to tighten the bolts? and whats the arp part number for the bolts so i can bolt up my victor jr intake.

a 12 point socket will be what your after, and im sure kragen or autozone will have what you need, i believe its 3/8 for the intake bolts.

these are metric engines, so the threads are going to be metric pitch, but yeah camarojunky is right...i forgot that ARP tends to still use american sizes for the bolt heads...

ohh ok its cuz they look weird but thanks and i know the thread size but how long would they have to be? and shant what do u perfer a 90mm tb or a 4 barrel tb?

honestly i dont remember...just measure the distance the bolt has to travel through the manifold and add 3/4 inch to it and you have it...

what are you trying to do with the engine?

right now right now just put it on the impala like how i got it from rob. later later put the tt i was thinking probably the 90mm right now since i will run a maf and later the 4bl when i do the tts.

some of my tools got misplaced and never turned up when i left...i figured if he cleared the old shop, he might of came across them...

i dont have any problems with him....its not like he talks MAD **** about me behind my back and wont say it to me in person
