LS1 V8 to be exact....
What I dont get is how can you run 7.7's on only 4 cylinders on a stock motor, and now that you have all 8 on your built beast you get the same time? I though you said it will run low 7's before you went?

Yeah tuned and everything it will run low 7's thats what I said. I was expecting about 7.50ish without it being dialed in. Yeah it didn't get it. But it got the MPH I was expecting it too. With a decent 60' it has 7.10-.20 without a problem. I seriously don't get what your trying to say, now you just look like a complete idiot that your doubting it has those times in it even though it obviously MPH'd for those times...

Ryan What conveter is in the car now?

Look at the TSP stock bottom end H/C car They run a Cheap *** 8" Turbo Action converter you can get from any mail order catalog and 60" in the 1.2X range.

Get a nice converter in that sucker ASAP and shoot for some bottom seven passes

Its a TCI 3600 nitrous converter. It will get out just fine once tuned I think. On nitrous it will obviously wake the **** up but I'm contemplating getting a big 4400+ converter for strictly motor passes. I think with a low enough 60' it could go 6.9X or better on motor. Not sure though. I'll see after its tuned what it does out of the hole. If its still a dog off the line I'll see about getting a bigger converter for motor.

Yeah but then I have to swap back and forth. So I don't know... I'll figure it out after it gets tuned.

Im just asking how can a 4 cylinder ls1 get out of the hole harder than your built motor? I think having 4 more cylinders should make up for the untune on your beast. The mph gain is because of your extra 4 cylinders you have now.

I don't get why it is so hard to understand.

The car is untuned and on a nitrous convertor.

If it had a better motor converter in it I don't see why it couldn't... it weighs around under 3200 without me in it, I only weigh 160... it has the mph right now for a low low 7. Why wouldn't a 4400+ so that I can leave a hell of a lot harder not net me .1-.2?

What XpEdItIoUs fails to remember is Ryan was running "shitty Kumhos", which enabled him to run better times.

Ryan, you ever think of getting rid of those ET Streets?
