Default Potential interest...

Well yesterday I went to the LA Auto Show with my brothers, and my nephew. I would honestly say that out of all the practical vehicles I looked at I couldnt get my eyes off the Pontiac GT G8. I got to pop the hood, and truck, sat in all the seats, and tool around with some of the interior pieces. Too bad I couldnt turn it on, including anything electrical. I am looking into one, and planning on test driving one soon. But am I curious to how it would compare to my T/A other than interior room??? I still want something fast, and nimble, but yet the extra space doesnt hurt.

Another thing is that I actually liked the built quality compared to other sedans, or suvs I looked at. The bumpers would have some extra flex, including the quality of the exterior additions including vents, heat extractors, etc. Ive seen the 300C, Charger, Challenger, and TL. And I would like to point out in the market class is that the G8 actually surprised me with its design. What do you guys think, I got my mind, and tongue twisted.

I like the G8 GT better than any of the cars you listed, easily, hands down, in the "what it is built for" and "bang for the buck" categories.

And I don't think it has many close competitors either.

Go to a Pontiac dealer and test drive one. Tell them that you just saw one and fell and love and im sure theyll let you test drive it and even got on it a little. That will end your mystery! And even if all the power isnt exactly there, then just remember that it is stock and really choked up! Throw an intake and exhaust on it and thatll wake its *** up!

I like the G8s but if I were to spend that kind of money on a 4 door id be looking for a decent mileage CTS-V.

I've driven a G8 and that thing was pretty damn nice.
I didn't ask the salesman if I could get on it, I just floored it

Very tight feeling car with a good amount of power.
