Where to buy headers? Ok, Im off all of January so I decided its time I add some goodies to my camaro. Im going to put kooks lt headers with their catted y pipe and also a Fast 92 manifold. I was wondering if its better to buy from an internet site or a local shop? Ive read some good stuff about RPM Motorsports. Im going to do the install myself so I dont have to worry about install costs. Thanks.

Yeah, I had to double check cause I could'nt believe I got a whole month off, haha. Im thinkin its better to buy from a shop so I can build a relationship with them cause eventually Ill be doing stuff to my car that I want a shop to be doing and not myself.
i'd say do it yourself and get the experience, then take it to a shop for the mods that you can't do on your own. as far as buying from a shop or an internet site, it doesn't really matter since you'll get the same product, but you can probably get a better deal online than most shops can offer (from my experience). the advantage you'd get buying from a local place is that you'd save the money on shipping costs. wish i could get a month off, **** i'd be lucky to get a weekend, lately. glad to see someone's taking advantage of their offtime though, good luck

Buy them... nahh thats cool man I understand. Well then that will be a badass car once you get there, well why spend money on parts now that you won't be able to use later why not save up and just get started on that project?

Im only going to do the headers and intake manifold, cause I can take those off and use them on the built engine Im planning. So no money lost, its not going to be anytime soon that I do that, but thats the direction I want to go.
