most just take advantage of their power...

it's one thing to get a ticket for something you did wrong when breaking a law... fine... write the guy a ticket... but when they are dicks about it is what pisses me off. In the end, when they treat me like that it just makes me hate them more and feeds me to break more traffic laws with the whole "kiss my ***" attitude... If they are cool about it and treat you with respect, even if they write the ticket, it's much more understandable and I don't have the ill feelings towards them NEAR as much!

Yea thats the thing is I was speeding so I cant be too pissed. But they had a speed trap setup and I had just turned on the street and there were not any speed limit signs so I figured it was a 45mph zone. My speedo said 45mph but I thing its off because my mileage on that truck seems really low. So he says he got me going 50 in the 35 and because I was cool about it he made the "safe speed" 40mph so I wasnt so bad.

I would do the written declaration thing and try to get out of it but im trying to get my class B liscence right now and really dont want that point on my record so im just going to pay it and take traffic school real quick.
