go to cvs, pick up primatine mist..... worked great for me.... basically its a $20 inhaler over the counter

Then you need to experience really not being able to breathe.

Side note: Got back from Vegas, fell asleep, and woke up in the hospital due to me apparently not breathing and my heart stopping (asthma + smokey hotel room = no). **** hurts more than you think it does after you wake up.

P.S. Hope you get those plugs out.

^^Damn man! I hate ******* cigarette smoke... we have neighbors at my apartment complex that go outside and smoke... therefore we can never open our windows or it smells our place up...

should be illegal... it's bullshit... just because someone else doesn't mind breathing it doesn't mean other people enjoy it...
