Yeah new carrier, or one worth rebuilding in there is about 2-300, new gears and seal kit lookin at about 250 so close to 600 for a rebuild without new axles. Useed rear end is about 2-300.

I have the gears (ring and pinion) in storage and I found a 3.23 4 channel rear end for sale really really cheap. Not sure if I want to go that route since it should be cheaper to find one with R&P installed. I have a want ad in the Western Classifieds...
