lol, you can read the sign says santa ana. as long as there was nobody around him when he punched it, what does it matter how fast he was going on the freeway. if he wants to risk his life then its his decision. i can tell he slowed it down when he approached cars in the end.

I usually drive from Irvine to Fullerton late at night. So I got the 405, 55, 5, 57, and 91 to play on, all in the same trip.
