You have gutted cats, so your not gonna pass a smog test in CA. Sure there are places where some take there cars with Lt's and no cats and pay them off to smog, but no one is stupid enough to list them and then get them self and the shop busted.

i read on an import forum that an import guy had a gutted cat and he mixed denatured alcahol in his gas and still passed the sniffer.
