Hey... Im waiting for us to fall into the ocean so at least I have no choice but to move to a "free state". If we break off, you can expect me to escape to AZ!

Man you all are sad . . . .

Just use some common sense and don't drive through standing water. Looks like its going to be raining Nashville TN for the next five days, we got over two inches on Sat and Sunday. Mon and Tuesday were nice, but it looks like solid rain for the next five days, looks like my basement will have standing water in it, boo ******* hoo.

I pulled the drain plug from the t-top storage area on my parts Camaro in the back yard. Apparently the entire t-top storage bin was filled with water because when I removed the plug it poured water out for like 30 seconds and left a crater in the dirt. The jack stands the car is sitting on are also slowly sinking into the ground. lmao.

P.S. Rain is still on the forecast here in SoCal until Saturday which is when it should be clear. I can't drive anywhere until it stops raining because my rear tires are bald 555R's.

Just keep pointing your front tires in the direction you want to go, the *** end will follow and you'll get there eventually.

Amen to that.. he has a point Lee

The rain is alright but then again my car is down this week and will be up when the rain stops. Last time it rained, I drove really slow and pissed people off lol I avoided the crap outta standing water or large puddles. I had no problems with my ET streets and no traction control.

Just saw the latest forecast and the only day without rain is possibly Saturday and more rain on the way after that.

I once hydroplaned my 98 Z28 on the 91 E a few years ago. Because of that I drive my 01SS slow when it rains. I see many people drive too fast in this type of weather. Be careful folks and drive slow. You can't mess with nature!

So I woke up to my parents yelling SNOW! Now it's raining again, so there's a slushy snow/ice/water mixture going on out there. What was that about pointing the wheels straight with bald drag radials out back and sticky summer tires up front?

P.S. I live 2 blocks in on a dirt road, so I'd have to get through 2 blocks of mud, snow, ice, and puddles to reach the pavement. Not too much of an issue if you take out the mud, snow, ice, and puddles.

P.P.S. It just started hailing.

We had like half a foot to a foot of snow earlier this winter. In 2004 we got a couple feet. Typically we just get a dusting of snow but some winters are worse than most.

Ehh the rain sucks. FWD isn't to bad in the rain. The car just spins and floats. Has rained for the last 4 days though. Little depressing.

Umm lee just fyi.. dirt roads are better when it snows... I would not want to aim for pavement lol. pavement freezes and you get black ice and crappy driving, on dirt roads even though they suck for keeping a clean car are wayyy better with snow as the dirt and everything keeps it from freezing too much at least from my experience from driving in the snow lol.

Damn well my car will be driving next week so this should be fun lol.
