Crank pin kit????

Crank pin kit???? I recently purchased a vortech supercharger and have been told that i will need to pin the crank so that the pulley does not rotate under load. Does anyone have the pin tool (I believe ATI makes it) that I can borrow/rent? The guy I bought the kit from couldn't find the one he had used. But he did give me the extra dowel pin that came with his kit.
