Post ????????????????????????????????????

Is this scratch worth an insurance clam to you?

What happened was that i went to pick up my buddy from shop, [he's getting his truck lifted] so i parked next to this dropped tuck, i opened my door an accidentally make this scratch on the front bumper. It looks like it will come of with a quick buff. is this scratch a joke or what?

it depends, on my old car i took it to the shop for some scratches from an accident because i did not want to void the warranty on the rear bumper paint from the time where it was painted before that.

no it was waived because the accident was not my fault so i did not have to pay anything, they only had to to paint work i believe and it was a $600 job at the dealer. I felt kinda bad but it was not my fault and i did not want to void my warranty.

Take it to a shop and see how much it will cost to have fixed. You might as well just pay a shop to fix it for him than to pay the insurance increase and deductible.

No offense, but I'd be pissed too if you hit my vehicle with your door, and I'd be making you pay to have it fixed...
