As far as the ls9 t-bird goes, I guess the owner has A LOT of money, doesn't know much about cars and just wrote a blank check so-to-speak to the shop. So hell, if I had an unlimited budget I'd try to stuff ls9's in all sorts of cars

no the ZR1 was trying he spun BAD on his OEM 20/20 tires the van goes 12's! go take a look at forced induction its been around for quite a while! Its a STOCK 5.3!
The Tbird was built by street and performance, with a pre crate motor Zr1 Engine and 6L80E or a 90 from a caddy, the owner had NO IDEA whata he had Def a blank check build, prob in the $70 Thousand area for the engine swap.
The 5th Gen with 24's has a fab 9 inch and ladder bars, fuel system, twin turbos, looks nice (adsept for the wheels) id like to see it run at the track, it reportedly made 1000hp at the wheels
