45 no, i'd say closer to 25-30 at the wheels. Full bolt-ons, LS6 intake, LS6 cam and (243) heads will do 365-375 max at the wheel.
Considering my previous SS put down 316 bone stock, a 45hp jump would push it to the 360 mark which is not happening with a LS6 cam only LS1 sorry.
His claim of 75hp bump with a tune is just laughable.
