Bump Stop Mod QUESTIONS
Bump Stop Mod QUESTIONS I just did the bump stop mod, (using the voltage meter). I dremelled it down to 4.7v and I was satisfied until I realized the pedal only goes down to 4.61v, which sucks, can i adjust something to get it to go down completely to take advantage of this mod? Is it the cable or pedal or both maybe what do I do? I plan on P&P my throttle body afterwards this gets done.
I wanted to ask if P&P my MAF will cause trouble for tuning later on when i start building my car. I wanted to cut the two metal ridges off
both ends, i read on install university that it makes the car run a bit faster cause it makes it run rich? If i did this mod and later when i take it to get it tuned will it be impossible to tune cause of this, i don’t mean the screen, i don’t want to descreen the maf just remove the "Pillar" that encompasses the center sensor in the plastic maf.

Did you reset the TPS when you did it? The only way to adjust the cable is if you have a TCS car with an adjustable cable.
FWIW I would not touch your MAF. Go out and get a 85mm truck MAF and call it a day.
