Pep boys. I am thinking you want the wheel spacers? or the adapters to allow another bolt pattern rim to work on a vehicle?

more info would help
what kind of car?
what kind of wheels?
wheels backspacing? and etc...
if your going for spacers pepboys or autozone or any tire shop will have generic wheel spacers which are ok to use for a short period of time and good to use to find how much spacer you need but should never be used as a permanent solution since they are not hub centric, therefore causing balancing problems and puts a great deal of stress on your wheel studs(that should be upgraded to an longer high quality stud!)

Any tire shop can get you the right size spacer, as I am assuming your using the same bolt pattern.

EDIT: from the pictures you are showing I think you can pretty much get those from ebay not sure if an auto parts store has em, maybe a tire shop and that's a huge maybe.

Yes! Exactly. In order for 3rd Gen camaros to use 4th gen camaro or corvette rims,
It requires wheel adapters.
Im trying to find em locally and hopefully for cheap

You need to run a 2" adapter on front and back of a 3rdgen to run 4thgen wheels. If you have a 4th gen rear end, you don't need the adapter
I got a couple of sets from ebay to get my T/A wheels on my brother's 3rdgen.
