dont know anywhere up north but around here we all go to CMS

If I remmember right, if you get a tune from CMS and them upgrade/swap parts then they will pro rate the tuning because you have already paid for tuning. Also as far as looking for the one that is the cheapest isn't always the best thing when it come to car work and tuning. If you do your research you will find that CMS will be the best for getting work done and a tune in this area.
