Ok so i got a lq9/6.0 for my 68 camaro. Just wanted to know if the ls1 community can help me on the parts list.. Im going to back it with a 350 trans that i already have.. As for fuel delivery/ignition im going with the msd victor jr. Carb set up. What i still have questions on are
1.motor mounts
2. Headers
3. Cooling
4. Oil pan clearence
im sure im missing some stuff, but any information that can be given would be great thanks!!!:d:d

I did one in a 67 camaro. Used Vetteworks motor mount plates. They put the motor mounts in the stock location.

theres plenty of info on the conversion section of this board.

motor mounts i believe you just need the plates and they bolt to the factory k-member

headers it looks like you can use ls1 long tube headers

cooling depending on room you can probably run a lt1/ls1 radiator with stock fans (i have a set of lt1 fans for sale for $60)

oil pan i believe you can use a stock ls1 oil pan/ pickup set up. (i think my friend still has just the pan for sale for $190)
