camaro running funny please help!

camaro running funny please help! few issues with my 2001 z28...
one: in drive it idles and speeds up on its own gradually even shifts into 2nd?
two: just put a new transmission in it hits the gears but theres a short gap in between gears thinking possably a tune issue?
three: speedometer is off about 5-15 mph depending how fast i am going..
had it tuned before when i had a tranny in but the trans was messed up so i had to ship it back and get another under warrenty.....
anyone has any idea please help, wondering if i have sensors out of wack?
