CalSpeed finishing up another custom twin turbo build, Forged 370" /w twin 59mm's
Seems like we've had a shop full of custom turbo kit builds lately...
I havent had much time to post much on the forums...been trying to keep up with 60+ hr a week work load with alot of major winter time builds going on.. I dont have alot of pictures handy of some others we just finished but I'll post up some as finish the four turbo builds and other 4 LSx engine swaps/conversions we have going at same time.
This one:
08 Vortec Max Silverado (1/2 ton 1500)
CalSpeed Forged 370" / L92 Heads / CSP Custom turbo cam setup etc.
CalSpeed Level 5 4l70e 4x4 transmission (we use in most 9/10 second car customer builds) / Yank converter
14-bolt rearend /w 3.73
65lb FAST fuel injectors
CalSpeed 1000 rwhp fuel system - Twin Walbro 255lph fuel pumps in factory fuel bucket fully modified to factory run single pump, 2nd pump boost activated, running through 8AN feed fuel line to custom adj regulator setup feeding factory fuel rail.
Custom twin 3" downpipe into single 4" /w 4" electric cutout running to full 4" exhaust out the back.
Methanol
Fully CSP street/dyno tuned etc.
Alot of other small things etc.
CalSpeed custom built twin turbo setup. Fully customized and fit out of sight under vehicle, 4" front mount intercooler with all custom piping running through customers existing cold air intake, so under hood it looks stock, including the blow off valve located in the cold air box which muffles the sound when you put the lid/top on it.. With the truck on the ground you cant see anything without looking underneath the truck. Very stealth.

Will have it on the dyno this week finishing up and ill post up numbers (will range from 600-800 rwhp depending on boost)
