Default driveshaft help

so i got a 6.0 with a 4l60e in my 2003 tundra.

toyota driveshafts are all 2-piece slip-in

and from what i know

chevy driveshafts are 1-piece slip-in

so heres the dilema

should i juss measure up the driveshaft and have the 4l60 yolk welded to the yota driveshaft..

or should i find a 1 piece truck driveshaft and get it fitted for the tundra.

im juss worries about the geometry and the angle... and all that good stuff.. i had a friend telling me if theres too much play the ds can slip out. or too long i can break something.. what will work best??

thanks for the help.

Well, your first idea won't work. You can't have a slip yoke and a variable length drive-line. The way I see it is you have two options;
1. Get a slip yoke eliminator for your transfer-case and run the Toyota drive-line (if it has acceptable travel) with a conversion u-joint in the front.
2. Have a one-piece drive-line made with the GM slip yoke in the front with a conversion u-joint in the back.

If I were you I'd go with #2, easier and cheaper.
