So it's been over 4 weeks since I have contacted Mcleod regarding a return they have yet to refund me. Does anyone know if this is normal?? I called them when I mailed it to make sure it arrived. Then 1 week after noticing my bank account hadn't gone up I called again and was told it wouldn't go through til the next monday, so I waited. Then Monday passed and I had yet to receive my money. I waited til Thursday and called them again and was told they were processing my refund "right now" and it would reflect on my account immidiately. Well, it's been over 2 weeks since my last call and I have yet to see my money?? Has this happened to anyone, I'm just really tired of calling them!!
