Default EFILive/LSEdit - Need to delete VATS, etc?

Does anyone know of a local shop or person who can delete the vats, adjust my tach output, and possibly delete some evap stuff for me from my 98 LS1 DME?

I am located in Orange County, and it'd be ideal if I can go somewhere local versus shipping it out.

Let me know.

thanks.

Ah. I wasn't sure. I just did a search on it, and those were some of the programs that I saw people mention. I am doing a swap, so that's why I need these removed.

I honestly can not think of a shop's name that I'd even know around me that has this, so I am open to suggestions.
