Help Ok after talking to a bunch of guys on the street racing forum i have come here to ask for help from my more experienced car people.
So after racing my friends 05 GT mustang with minimal mods im only pulling a nose on him.
So i have come here seeking help, I think something is hindering my car, but i dont have the experience nor the knowledge to figure it out.
I live in Riverside CA and wanted to know if maybe someone close could test drive my car and give me there opinion.
My mods are SLP LID, K&N air filter, Magnaflow exhaust, and a Hurst Short Throw Shifter. Ive raced GT's prior and dominated them about two years ago, since then this was my first race against a 05 Gt/CS with CAI and exhaust.
if anyone is willing to help or what not that would be great, im even willing to get you a case of beer if need be for any hassle

maybe fuel filter? I would go to a dyno day and see what its putting down relative to other cars with similar mods.
my auto had around 328hp/364 Lb/Ft with headers. you should be getting something like that, not much less.
it is possible that you might not be as good of a driver as the mustang driver.

I don't know those 05 GTs are really slow, I beat up on them back when I had a bolton lt1; stay away from those 2011 GTs. How long has it been since you had a tune up; plugs, wires, fuel filter maybe even o2s. Are you throwing any codes?
Could be a drivers race if you went from a stop, but you should eat him up on the top end.

oh and FYI. O2's don't matter at WOT
