Default AZ smog
Ok so i will be moving to AZ in the next six months and will getting another f body after going to the import dark side for a while. I was wondering what the smog laws are in the phoenix area? we all know in CA you can't do anything so i'm hoping to have some room to work now. thanks

I picked up 04 GTO in AZ. It passed smog there with L/T, catted X and a MS3 cam. It also passed smog here in Cali but I had a hook up and extra cash.

just get something 96 and up here and all they do is plug in the computer and as long as you have no check engine lights u will pass.

I dont have cats or rear O2's, my car is cammed, and I've gone in with my cutout open and passed . As long as your not throwing any codes and your gas cap is good you'll be fine.

Register it to a residence outside Phoenix or Tucson and forget about all emissions...

When I lived in Tucson, they used to put the air tester down by the tip of the pipe. I guess they don't even do that anymore?
