wiper motor alignment

wiper motor alignment long story short, i replaced the wiper linkage in my car because the threads on the wiper bolts were snapped.
now the problem is the motor takes the wipers to low when it turns off. its supposed to stop at the bumpers on the car, but it tries to go down further.
Anyone know someone near the 818 that can fix this? i know the motor is good. i just need someone that can align it.
or if anyone here can do it, i can pay you.
