New to so cal Yo wats up guys...I'm from chicago and I'm gonna b moving to either anaheim or a lil closer to l.a....I made a pit stop in arizona and I noticed a lot cars out here have their paint peeling...BAD!!! Is the sun just as intense out there? And wat can I do to protect my car from peeling

Been out hear like 13 years now.
I'm down in the desert... about 2 hr before LA & it's Hot just like AZ,
but with out the smog like LA :p once you pass the windmills it starts cooling off. biggest thing for me was header bolts come off! lol but yeah i keep cars covered.. it helps & biggest prob i have run in to, is the wiring & connectors braking from drying out.. that and when i first moved i meted the window pillars in my 84 Z28 when i used one of the chrome sun shades
