Anyone able to pull info on a plate? I'm looking at an old car several states away, wanting to make sure his info matches what is with the plate on the car before I send a deposit? LA/ Santa Maria is where he has it listed?

Pm me if so ill send the picture, plate number and name he gave me. Not wanting his life story just make sure I'm not throwing scam money away.
