Looking for a reputable machine shop in the 562 area code (Downey, Santa Fe Springs or Long Beach area). I am wanting to install a cam, spring and roller rockers on a 5.3 GM truck engine. Fair price and customer service is huge in my eyes. If you can help please post your recommendations.

Keep the stock rockers if you can, what's the lift on your cam?

Stock rockers should be fine, if you do go with some, I have had great luck with the Scorpion performance stock replacement roller rockers, they clear the valve covers and install nicely.

Is the engine in the vehicle? If so you want a shop, I don't any machine shops that pull the motors themselves.
