I have a heads/cam ls1, stock internals, i just put a wet kit on to spray about a 150-175 shot, i have a aeromotive 340 fuel pump...
My question is will a 36 pound injector be ok to use as my injector for this set up... I took off the stock ls1 injector and put in a 36 pound denso injector from a 5.3???

You need to do some research. A wet kit doesn't make the injectors work harder. You are just revving the motor faster. If you had a dry kit I would say hell yes and also a tune would be a must. With a wet kit a little adj of the timing and your good to go depending on the shot you wish to use. The fuel is being supplied from the kit.

+1 on what these guys are telling you, hopefully you have the setup now dialed in before adding n20.
My suggestion is to work your way up to the 150/175 shot. Start at a 50 and so on. There is no shame in that. It's probably the best way to learn how your car is going to react progressively on the bottle. And you as well. I would so recommend you get a window switch and fuel pressure switch and a bottle pressure switch nothing worse then an intake manifold exploding thru your hood.
Personally I've had a stock car on the bottle successfully for about 5 years now. I didn't cut corners on the setup or the tune. And am running mid low 11"s on a stock motor stock clutch rear end etc. just go easy and be conservative.
Hope this helps. I would also field any questions thru nitrous Dave's should still be a vendor on here.
