CID is natural displacement. Actual displacement is the amount of air a persons car displaces. Cars are now measured in liters of displacement rather than CID. If you add a turbo charger the engine will be able to actually displace more liters of air. Which is not arguable. So yes the actual displacement will increase. What you guys are trying to say is adding a turbo to and engine will not increase how many cubic inches of displacement an engine has. No adding a turbo does not increase the size of the engine but it does increase the amount (liters) of air it does displace. 475whp vs an evo with maybe 300whp with bolt ons you should have been able to spank him even after the launch. I stomp evos with bolt ons with less power than that.
