There are also a lot of smaller meets and "events" (racing) around, just have to search online.
Also, there is going to be a 1/4 mile track opening next year in Fontana, which is maybe 30-45 from you.
I knew there was not going to be much up in the High Desert...haha. So I am living as close to the IE and LA as I can, with out being too far from work. Living in Helendale still gives me a 135 mile round trip drive to work (Fort Irwin).
I have been to the Dallas Cars and Coffee on several occasions, and I enjoy the events.
I am pretty much down for any drive into the LA area for some good meets.

I really like the Limonite location. I would say the Carls JR. Off Riverwalk, I have talked with my neighbors and they are cool with car meets since we don't hear anything except the damn police helicopter that comes, I really need to cal and complain about that, it makes more noise than any group of cars by far and it freaks the animals in the neighborhood out.
Limonite meet is cool, if you guys can come up with other ideas I am in for a meet. We really do need someone to really coordinate it though.

I dont know many people with Fbodys or have that many friends here in the IE (i grew up in OC).
