this jackass from Lathrop CA locked this pcm I posted the file in case anyone else uses this dude the key was 41290 if anyone gets a locked pcm his name is luis 2099148436 helped a buddy out to save cash on a swap took me 4 days to get the key I can see if it was a cammed or a f/I deal but this is bs just for vats
