Garage in San Diego
Garage in San Diego I'm planning on switching to a 2 car situation, I just sold my s2000, picked up a CLA and I'm hoping to find a clean F-body. Anyways, when I was in Pittsburgh I always had my '94 in my parents garage, now I've only got parking for 1 car at my apartment (I could street park, but I don't want to leave the Benz or an f-body outside of our gates in the sun all day).
-Still looking for the right F-body so I've got time
-I can leave it in the parking garage at work indefinitely, but I can't work on it there
-trying to stay at or under $150/month, but whatever
-Need to be able to work on the car there
I'm keeping an eye out on Craigslist and I've been shot down by storage unit places as soon as I mentioned car and tools. Figured I'd see if anyone here had leads, who knows maybe a member would like to rent half of a garage

I might be interested in going in on a garage rental. I need the exact same thing in SD for my SS. I would want it close to the Rancho Bernardo/Poway area... Or possibly Mira Mesa or Mira Mar as theres lots of business parks there and what not.
Have you had any luck looking around? I actually work in Mira Mesa so I've been looking in that area as well but haven't found anything. I've heard of people renting commercial space but I haven't had any luck with the people I've called.
Try an airplane hanger. I know it sounds weird but where I live there's a small local airport that has plenty of hangers for rent at around $250 to $600 a month depending on size. Working and storing cars in there is no problem and there's plenty of space for a man cave or extra storage etc... Also there is 24 hour access and great security. Maybe there's a small airport near you. There is a lot up here near LA
There actually is montgomery field, fairly close to where I live, they haven't been renting out anything less than $500/month lately. Not that weird sounding of an idea
