PS3 Went To **** So my PS3 official took a **** after many drops & lasting through college... lol The fans began to overheat & it froze while playing GTA & the flashing red light came on. Has anyone else had this problem & what did you do? I did some research online & some people say it might just be the blue ray drive failure others say its YLOD.
There was a guy on Ebay that fixed it for like $25-30 but I cant find him anymore... Does anyone on here able to do this service or know someone? Thanks!

its done. Same thing happened to mine. The few companies that fix this issue cant guarantee how long itll work for and suggest only using the system 2hrs at a time or so. I said F it and got a PS4. Check www.battlebeavercustoms.com or www.fixmyplaystation.com. I think they offered this service.

Just did the racer lounge & west coast so maybe there's something local.. But anyway might get a PS4 but don't really feel like paying all that when I barely use it anymore
