Alignment Shops? San Diego Area
The car is going to be lowered on Strano Springs, bilstein shocks, longtube headers, new bushings, ball joints and new front tires next month. Just trying to find a place without having to drive too far since my old tires wore uneven. A place that will actually be able to do something.
Looking for: -.6 Camber, 0 Toe, +4.5 Caster

Also, uneven front toe will cause goofy steering, but a little toe-in/toe-out can really change how the car feels in the corners (dependent on fwd or rwd of course)
If you have toed in, car will want to dart into road, if toed out will want to wander.
I hope I'm explaining that right lol probably not ha

Front toe-in will keep the car more stable in a straight line, front toe-out will help the car enter turns.
1)Beeline in PB +1
2)Preston's tire and wheel: La Mesa
*not in any order*
They both know what's going on. Preston's has a hunter laser alignment machine and the tech's know how to use it.
Have heard of good things about Clarence Brown automotive as well but never used him.
I'm sure there are other good shops, but most shops in San Diego suck, either they don't have the knowledge/skill or are dis-honest. Any of the above recommendations will treat you fair and get your car straight (litterally and figuratively).
I've found is go to the guy with the reputation for being the best and pay a little extra if you have to. that is very true here in SD. Oh yeah, I'm a native and have been into 3rd and 4th gen camaros for close to 30 years (I'm not that old either)and have delt with the many of the good and bad shops. Choose a bad shop and have a nightmare experience is almost guaranteed.
Stay away from all alignment chains/tire stores if you have aftermarket stuff. even if the guys are good they usually don't have the knowledge or experience to set aftermarket stuff up right- they don't know what they're looking at.
