Default Possible to pass Denver emissions?

Hello all,

Been about 2 years since I have been on this site so my search skills are extra weak. I built a turbo trans am back in Iowa and the engine blew right before i moved to Denver, CO. Now i'm working on getting it out here and building an engine but I am curious if I even have a chance to pass emissions after the engine is built. Iowa has no emissions so I didnt need all the stuff I threw away. The build is front mounted turbo with about a 4 foot down pipe that dumps behind the drivers tire. Its speed density tuned so I have no o2 sensors. Also all emissions stuff has been ripped out, no AIR, EGR, cats, etc. Need some input from locals that have had more experience as I have only done emissions once on the daily driver. So how screwed am I?

Thanks for any help!

Nope, it's all state regs now. Better leaving it registered out of state or find a address out of emissions to use.
