Unknown thingy
Unknown thingy so while installing my trans cooler I noticed this black thing. Looks to have a vacuum line running from it that’s broken. It sits on the passenger side right by the horn. Any ideas?
That is your vacuum tank. I believe the rear of the intake provide vacuum to it and it somehow connects to your HVAC system.

Thank you, It all makes sense now. It answered a few things I was looking at. I can't believe I have never noticed it after 8 years of owning them and multiple engine pulls. The things you learn going through the bottom.
